Now the porridge tastes just right – 3 easy instructions

Gentle porridge is the most wonderful morning and evening snack in autumn, to which it is easy to add healthy berries or fruit. Here are three delicious porridges, from which you get important fiber at the same time.

Porridge is a real comfort breakfast that tastes good when the mornings get colder and darker. Porridge gives you both energy and healthy fibers that help keep your stomach healthy. Try the gentle apple oatmeal, for which you can use, for example, apples from your own yard. Of course, the taste of the porridge is given by cinnamon.

If you like fresh porridge, try blueberry pie-flavored fresh porridge, the secret of which is a touch of cardamom.

Fresh raspberry porridge is suitable for anyone who likes the taste of raspberries. Yogurt can also be easily changed to a dairy-free, for example, soy-based version.
