After a series of internal struggles, Prime Minister Alexander De Croo’s party scores particularly poorly in the latest poll by Het Laatste Nieuws and VTM. Open Vld only manages to appeal to 7.1% of voters. The young people within the liberal party are calling for innovation. And that message hurts the leaders: after a number of reactions on social media and interviews with HLN, a number of young people announced that they no longer wanted to respond openly to the dramatic results in De Grote Peiling.
