Rachid Ouahid Temsamani, a notorious Moroccan drug lord, has been arrested in Brussels. Temsamani is known in Spain and Morocco as the leader of the Tetouan cartel. For years he headed a network that distributes cocaine and hashish across half of Europe. He was extradited by our country to Morocco about ten days ago.
