Not yet the case in our country, but Spain is already testing a four-day working week | Abroad

Spain wants to test the introduction of a four-day working week with full wage compensation. Small and medium-sized businesses, with fewer than 250 employees, have one month to sign up for the government-funded trial.

The aim of the test is that up to 30 percent of employees work at least ten percent fewer hours, but receive their full salary. Participating companies are expected to participate in the trial for at least two years. The employers then receive compensation for this.
