Flemish Minister of Internal Affairs Bart Somers (Open Vld) is convinced that Flanders will have the promised 18,000 reception places for Ukrainian refugees by the end of the month. That is not counting any emergency villages. It remains to be seen whether they will even start. The minister answered this today in the Flemish Parliament to questions from Hannelore Goeman (Vooruit), Maaike De Vreese (N-VA) and Maxim Veys (Vooruit).
