The Netzhoppers KW-Bestensee have celebrated their first successes in preparation for the new season in the Volleyball Bundesliga.
The team, which was completely reassembled after the bankruptcy, achieved three wins in three test matches in the past two weeks, as the club announced on Wednesday.
The young team achieved successes in four sets against the second division teams SV Lindow-Gransee, TSGL Schöneiche and PSV Neustrelitz. Netzhoppers coach Alejandro Kolevich was pleased with the team’s performance, but after just two weeks of training, he also saw room for improvement.
In the next four weeks the focus will be on playing technique and strength training, after which the first game scenarios will be practiced. The new Bundesliga season starts on October 27th.
