Norwegian intelligence warns of Russian nuclear weapons: "Serious threat" for Europe

An annual Norwegian intelligence report warns that Russian nuclear weapons pose a “serious threat” to Europe and NATO. An important part of it is on ships and submarines of the Russian Northern Fleet. It is responsible for the defense of the area above the Arctic Circle in the Arctic Ocean, including the Barents Sea north of Norway.
