Norway star’s bachelor party gets out of hand: “Everything was blurry”

A few weeks ago, Norway’s biathlon star Johannes Dale announced that he will marry his fiancée Kristina Skjevdal in the summer. Before the freestyle, however, the 25-year-old still had his duty on the program: the bachelor party. Thanks to his teammates, this got pretty out of hand in the end.

A few days ago, the Norwegian biathletes had their first must-attend event of the new season: the start of training at Lake Sognsvann in Oslo. Shortly before the coaches invited their stars to the first session, however, Johannes Dale’s preparation was torpedoed by his own teammates and a few friends. They surprised the 25-year-old with a party.

“Shooting practice on Sunday wasn’t the best. When I saw through the diopter, everything was very blurry. I thought something was wrong, but then I realized it’s not the day to blame the footage.” , Dale joked to TV2 about the impact of the celebrations the day after.

What exactly happened on his bachelor party, the future husband did not want to reveal. In broad strokes, however, he sketched the day after all. “We went straight to the kart track and then we sat in the sauna with a glass of something good,” said Dale, who at the time had no idea what was going to happen next.

Biathlon star lands in icy water

Suddenly professional wrestler Oskar Marvik entered the sauna. He grabbed Dale, shouldered the biathlete and unceremoniously threw him into the Oslofjord. “Things like that are difficult to predict,” laughed the Norwegian about the throw into the ice-cold water.

Luckily for him: The first training session of the new season should have started at 9 a.m. the following day. However, those responsible showed themselves merciful and moved the first unit to 4 p.m.

Even then, Dale couldn’t really see clearly. “But it was worth it. I will remember this day for a long time,” he assured.
