It’s a cooperation from hell that’s brewing.
Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin (69) and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un (38) have apparently signed a treaty with Ukraine. The plan: The economically weak Kim dictatorship can continue its nuclear program with Russian financial injections, for which Putin gets subservient helpers!
BILD learned: Because the Kremlin wants to keep the costs for the reconstruction of the occupied areas in eastern Ukraine, which have themselves been reduced to rubble, to a minimum, thousands of construction workers from North Korea are to be brought into the war zone.
These are without exception soldiers and officers of the People’s Liberation Army from the field of construction pioneers but also the rear services and chemical troops (decontamination).
In effect, this means: modern slavery. In recent years, North Koreans (political prisoners and desperate fathers who want to enable their families to lead a decent life) have been carted off to Siberia for board and lodging, where they chop wood for Russia for years.
The Kim dictatorship itself collects most of the money for this work. A win-win situation for the regime leaders.
Now this model is apparently to be extended to eastern Ukraine and particularly to the Donetsk region. According to this, thousands of construction workers and specialists who are “capable of defense under special conditions” are to be sent to Donetsk in the near future.
In July and August, the Russian Ambassador to North Korea, Alexander Matsegora, held talks with representatives of the North Korean Foreign Ministry led by Deputy Foreign Minister Im Chon-il.
North Korea diplomatically recognized the republics of Donetsk and Luhansk on July 13, 2022. That was a requirement of the deal.
