North Korean Missile Sounds Alarms in Seoul and Japan, Pyongyang Says “Plunged into the Sea”

North Korea fired a missile on Wednesday night to launch a military reconnaissance satellite. This is reported by the South Korean military. The alarm was then activated in the city of Seoul and in the Okinawa archipelago, in southern Japan. North Korea has confirmed that the missile “fell into the sea” due to a technical malfunction.
