North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is said to have been present at the launch of two missiles yesterday, North Korean state media reported today. The two cruise missiles would have traveled more than 2,000 kilometers and could carry tactical nuclear weapons. It is not clear whether South Korea, Japan and the United States have noticed. Normally those countries report North Korean missile launches.
