Today there is almost no job that does not offer among its benefits the possibility of doing a home office one or more times a week. From the pandemic onwards, this modality was consolidated as a common and valid form of performance. However, not everyone feels comfortable working at home, or perhaps they do not have the peace of mind to do so. It may also happen that the work includes travel and that it is necessary to have adequate facilities to set up a mobile office. For all these cases, the proposal arose “hotel office” that proposes to use the spaces of a hotel as a temporary work sector. And, neither stupid nor lazy, there were several enterprises that took note of this need and began to create specific packages and proposals.

The service is provided every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. “We have implemented it since the pandemic, with connectivity throughout the hotel and also two desks in the lobby so that guests can also connect and work in a more open and relaxed space,” the chain details.

Furthermore, they finalize their proposal with four fully equipped board roomsa multipurpose room with capacity for up to 80 people and an auditorium, all designed for work events and large team meetings.

In the Sheraton chain, this initiative is called Premium Offices, and they assure that it is the preferred option for those who want to escape from traditional work locations, such as corporate offices or home offices at home. In your case, the experience includes high technology from printing services, high-speed Wi-Fi, projectors and equipped meeting rooms.

They also promise comfort and quality, aware that well-being in the workplace is essential to increase productivity. And so, the proposal includes a siestario in which to rest when the brain requires a break, as well as complimentary water and coffee. The offer is deployed in three studios that offer private offices, flexible desks, meeting rooms and specially soundproofed conference and video call booths. It can be hired half-time or full-time, and the value will vary depending on the space, time and number of people. “In a typical week, Premium Offices receives around 60 people,” details from Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center. Although if the growth of 2023 is maintained, when demand increased more than 50%, everything indicates that this number will increase.

The advantage of the environment is especially highlighted, because the work routine can continue outdoors, enjoying the surroundings of this hotel immersed in the Cariló forest, with more than 3,500 meters of park and just a few steps from the sea. Furthermore, when it is time to take a break there will always be the possibility of visiting the spa, the only one in the area with a leisure pool with counter-current swimming, heated lounge chairs, sensation showers, massage rooms and a wet and dry sauna (and where everyone appointments can be booked through an app). In terms of gastronomy, they have their own restaurant and cafeteria services, both in the lounges and in the comfort of the cabin itself. “This combination of work and well-being contributes to the balance between work and personal life,” the hotel highlights.
