No voting card in your box? You can do this in Zoetermeer to request one

The voting card was sent by post last week. Have you not received a voting card or have you lost it? Below is how you can request a replacement pass.

On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, we can all go to the polls to vote for the House of Representatives elections. But what should you do if you don’t have a voting card?

How do I get a voting pass?

The elections are coming, so all voting cards have been sent. But it can of course happen that your voting card has been lost, was delivered incorrectly, is damaged or that you have accidentally thrown it away yourself. Fortunately, you can easily request a replacement voting card.

This can be done in three ways:

You can via To request a replacement voting card, use this link. You need your DigiID for this. Applications can be submitted until Friday, November 17, 2023, 5:00 PM. You will receive the voting card at home by post.

Request in writing

Enter before November 17, 5:00 PM this form in, scan it and email it to [email protected]. Or print out the form, bring it to the town hall (Engelandlaan 502), or send it by post to:

Request a replacement voting card at city hall

For this option you must go to the public counter at the town hall at Englandlaan 502. Take your valid ID with you and then immediately take your replacement voting card with you. Do this before November 21, 12 noon.

Please note: when you apply for a new voting card, the old one is no longer valid. People who live in our municipality from October 9, 2023 will receive their voting card at the old address.
