Due to a power failure, no trains will run between Zwolle and Meppel on Saturday morning. The trains to Groningen and Leeuwarden are also experiencing problems as a result. The disruption is expected to last until about 10:30 a.m.
According to a spokesman for the Dutch Railways, the power was briefly lost at an external supplier. A switch that has been tripped must be turned again. No replacement buses could be arranged, the spokesman said.
