No train traffic Wednesday morning between Arnhem and Tiel
Due to work on the track, which is being carried out to repair damage caused by the heat, there will be no train traffic between Arnhem and Tiel on Wednesday morning, Arriva reports. The transport company expects the closure to last from 4 a.m. to 12 noon.
The walkers of the Nijmegen Four Days Marches who walk 50 kilometers can still depart from Tiel at 03:33 AM in the direction of Elst. For the other distances, where the walkers start later, or for visitors, no train transport is possible until the end of the morning. According to Arriva, “very likely” no replacement bus transport will be used.
