No train traffic between Bruges and Ostend on Sunday due to work

Infrabel will carry out infrastructure works between Bruges and the coast all day on Sunday/morning. At the exit of Bruges station, Infrabel is renewing the overhead lines and is also working on the maintenance and renewal of the tracks and points. There are also signaling works and the European safety system ETCS (European Train Control System) is being rolled out further on the Bruges-Ostend railway line.

NMBS PROVIDES REPLACEMENT BUSES

Train traffic will therefore be interrupted in both directions between Bruges and Ostend, Blankenberge, Zeebrugge-Strand and Knokke. NMBS does provide replacement buses. Travelers can use the buses on presentation of a valid NMBS ticket. Trains do run to and from De Panne.
