For the first time since September 21, 2020, more than a year and a half ago, the German Robert Koch Institut (RKI), the counterpart of Sciensano, can report today that no one in Germany has died of the corona virus in the past 24 hours. The daily figures may receive an update later, and the death rates over the weekend are usually a bit lower.
