No identity cards and regulations with pen and paper: the city of Antwerp hit by a large-scale cyber attack. Who’s behind it? And can this take weeks? | Interior

The City of Antwerp has been hit by a large-scale cyber attack. New identity cards are impossible to collect and Antwerps Zorgbedrijf is even forced to switch to pen and paper. The impact could be felt until the end of December.
