No end-of-year bonus for employees of two service voucher companies: “This is distressing”

Two of the three employers’ federations in the service voucher sector, Federgon and DCO Vlaanderen, have unilaterally terminated the sector collective labor agreements on the end-of-year bonus and economic unemployment allowance. As a result, tens of thousands of household helpers are at risk of no longer receiving an end-of-year bonus from next year. “This is distressing,” Kris Vanautgaerden of ACV Nutrition and Services responds indignantly.
