No Easter bunny but alpacas visiting WZC

The animals are trained in a care farm to be together with people in indoor spaces. A soothing activity for the residents who were allowed to pet and cuddle the animals.

Lien Callewaert, Healthcare Company Harelbeke: “That is very nice to see. And you see several residents who are very enthusiastic about touching them immediately. But I have also seen residents who are very hesitant before they can come closer. But it is very nice to see what it does for our people. It’s a really great day today.”
