According to a report, no police investigations were initiated against Till Lindemann after the statement by the fan Shelby Lynn who allegedly abused him. This is reported by the Lithuanian news site Lrytas.it. The Irish woman Lynn, with her pictures and stories posted on Twitter and Instagram from Pentecost Sunday, is considered to be decisive for the subsequent media research against the Rammstein singer, which gathers the voices of a number of women who have allegedly been abused in recent years. Lynn wrote that she may have been “spiked” at a Rammstein after-show – allegedly that she had knockout drops mixed in her drink – when she woke up she had bruises on her body.
The Vilnius police will not launch an investigation into Lindemann, Tomas Braženias, senior specialist at the communications subdivision of the Vilnius County Supreme Police Commissariat, confirmed to the site. There were no indications of a crime. The police decision still has to be approved by the public prosecutor.
Shelby Lynn previously expressed her dissatisfaction with the work of the Vilnius police officers. “I’m very disappointed in the way the ‘pros’ handled this,” she tweeted on May 30. However, the Irishwoman didn’t elaborate on what she felt was done wrong.
