THENGREDIENTS X 2:
230 g rolled oats
1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon allspice
240ml almond milk
120 g Greek yogurt
2 apples.
To garnish: 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 nectarine, 1 tablespoon of pistachios.

Method

Pour in the oat flakes, seeds and spices in a large airtight container. Add the almond milk and yogurt and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Close the container e keep it in the refrigerator for one night.
