Asylum seekers are not allowed to be housed in a hotel in Uden for the time being. The judge of the East Brabant court decided this on Friday. The municipality of Maashorst must first make a decision on the permit application submitted by the reception organization COA. Local residents then have the opportunity to object to this and submit a request for interim relief.
