Ninja Warrior: German team on the podium

The USA won the Ninja Warrior 4 Nations Special. In an exciting final, the Americans prevailed against the German team.

Ninja Warrior has long been a worldwide phenomenon. That’s why the teams from Germany, Israel, Australia and the USA duel for victory on RTL.

Each team consisted of seven ninjas. Each of the seven members had a captain. The 4 Nations Special was held in four rounds, each with a certain number of points. All athletes had to compete for their nation.

Max Görner, Stefanie Edelmann, Lukas Kilian, Arleen Schüßler, Marvin Mitterhuber, Sladjan Djulabic and captain René Casselly started for the German selection.

The German ninjas were able to make a strong impression. This is how Casselly, Edelmann and Co. made it to Mount Midoriyama together with the USA, which, as usual, made the big decision.

Sladjan Djulabic started here for the German team. The fireplace was no problem for the 29-year-old. Djulabic set an enormous pace on the ladder to heaven, but slipped off the rungs with the pole shortly before the end. “I was still fit. I would have easily pulled the rope through in a decent amount of time,” said Djulabic on the RTL microphone.

The US team went one better. Jay Lewis conquered Mount Midoriyama in an impressive time. The 18-year-old thus secured the title for his team. Lewis had previously caused quite a stir in the United States.

The German selection around Djulabic came second in Ninja Warrior’s 4 Nations Special. Australia completed the podium in third. The team from Israel ended up in fourth place.
