Hollowed pistols
Tamar Bot and Fanny van de Reijt, editors of the BNNVARA program Media Inside, let one Madeleine speak in their podcast De Mediameiden. She has seen up close what Nikkie is like in real life and what she eats.
Madeleine: “In the distant past I was able to see up close how Nikkie Plessen had lunch. She often ate a white pistolet, but first removed all the filling from it, so the bread itself, so that only a crust remained. Then she filled the hollowed-out pistolet with pieces of tomato. This image is etched in my memory. I’m sure you understand that.”
‘Very special’
Fanny thinks it’s a strange eating habit. “Very special, isn’t it?”
