Strong performance: Nigma Galaxy Female won the final of the Counter-Strike 2 ESL Impact League tournament against Navi Javelins. With 2:0 (13:6; 13:0), the players won their fourth tournament victory in an Impact final tournament in a row.
“It’s incredible that we gave our best in this tournament, even if we had a bad start,” said Nigma Galaxy player Ana “ANa” Dumbravă in an interview after the final. “We showed everyone that we are capable of winning again, even if we made that mistake.”
In the group phase, Nigma lost the second game and had to go into the playoff against HaoShengGaming. The Eastern European-Russian team won 2-1 and played their way to the final without giving up any further maps.
But the momentum was on Nigma’s side right from the start. The team won the first map Inferno 13:6.
The team game was also invincible on the second map Nuke and the players won 13-0 without giving up a point.
