‘Night mayor of Brussels’ accused of drugging and raping young customers: “He gave me beer that made me groggy, and I woke up with his hands on my breasts”

Stories resurface of young women who were drugged and raped in the Brussels nightlife. In an RTBF report, three customers – then 16, 17 and 18 years old – of techno club Wood testify how the patron offered them a drink that made them completely groggy and then abused them. The accused owner is Carl De Moncharline, former PS member and the so-called ‘Night Mayor of Brussels’. He in turn files a complaint for defamation.
