Nieuwpoort already deploys rescuers during extended weekends in May and June

Nieuwpoort opens a rescue station for the first time during the extended weekends in May and June. Not yet fully occupied, but there will be lifeguards at the main post on the beach near the Veurnestraat.

Only in July and August are all five lifeguard posts open, from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. From September 1, this will again be limited to the main post.
