Nicol Kremers is still going to report her much-discussed abuse by Peter Gillis. Fortunately, the controversial holiday home lord is supported by his friends from Shownieuws.
It is now a year and three days ago that Nicol Kremers called 112 because she was abused by her then lover Peter Gillis. He allegedly bit her on the back and nose, but she ultimately decided not to press charges. Since the police witnessed the aftermath, it was nevertheless decided to prosecute him. It is on August 29 to court.
Entire declaration
Nicol will now, a year later, still file a report. Crazy? Not really. Where she and her children were still completely financially dependent on him at the time, she now earns her own money as a sensual model. Moreover, she now has the support of her new love partner and that of course gives a lot of strength. After all, reporting abuse is not easy.
Nicol entrusted the news about this report to Patty Brard. She says in the Show news from yesterday evening: “She says that she will still report the abuse by Peter Gillis this week, because she would have withdrawn that report under pressure from Peter.”
Enough evidence
Apparently Peter initially expressed regret, but Nicol now feels that there is little left of those regrets. “She thinks she is being portrayed so terribly by him at the moment, also in that new series, that she thinks: I’m not going to take you into account at all, I’m just going to tell it like it happened.”
There’s plenty of evidence, says Patty. “There are photos at the police that she also sent me of that abuse. Also videos she submitted. Pleas, sound recordings in which she asks him to stop for twenty minutes… Look, these images do not look like they have had a nice carnival party.”
Bram in Camp Gillis
Talpa lackey Bram Moszkowicz surprisingly sits – not – in the camp of Peter Gillis. “She does not become more credible in the lawsuit, because first she says: he did nothing, and then he did something.”
Colleague Dyantha Brooks: “But anyway, Bram, there will be several people who, under pressure from an abusive partner, declare otherwise?”
Bram: “Yes, but I feel a bit like Mr. Gillis’ lawyer here tonight, because we couldn’t have him either… I do have my doubts about Nicolleke’s statement, which I just mentioned. I also ask myself: why now?”
Golddigger
Defending an alleged wife abuser angers Patty. She is annoyed that Bram keeps shaking his head at the desk when she tells Nicol’s story. “I say what she says, don’t I?”
Bram: “You read much more in my eyes than I try to radiate.”
Patty: “You are shaking and I really think: yes, but… I recently turned off that series myself because I really think: yes, but that is not how you are going to talk about your ex now, is it? Like a gold digger? Go through the closet and take the clothes out and throw them away?”
Motive
Precisely that is now a motive to lie about the abuse, says Bram. “Because she’s angry, she’s portrayed as a gold digger. Then you could say: she has a motive to lie. (…) I assume for a moment that what she said to you is her motive. And the motive is, she tells you: I am being labeled a gold digger.”
Patty: “No, that’s not true. The motive is that she thinks that with the way he talks about her, he should still be punished for how he really treated her. And that she thinks that how he is behaving now does not reflect the picture of what she has experienced with him.”
Chest wet
What does Peter’s new gossip bestie Evert Santegoeds have to say about this? He eagerly repeats Bram’s insinuations: “You say: in the courtroom she will be able to wet her chest, because last year nothing happened and now everything has happened, and every lawyer will make good use of that?”
Bram: “As Mr. Gillis’ lawyer, I would know, I think.”
One problem: Bram has been disbarred for life and relegated to chatterbox in a gossip column. What a pity…
