Nicol Kremers says that Gillis forced her to sign a statement

Nicol Kremers has filed a report against her ex Peter Gillis. She says she was forced to sign an agreement that now allows Gillis to seize private accounts worth more than €100,000.

Last weekend it emerged that the judge had ruled that Gillis may seize accounts and belongings from Nicol Kremers for 104,000 euros. Peter Gillis, holiday park millionaire and known from the TV program Massa is Kassa, states that his ex owes him around 1.7 million euros because she has spoken negatively about him in interviews.

The two have put it in writing that she is not allowed to say anything about their relationship. However, Kremers regularly made himself heard in the media. She says that she signed this statement under duress and was not given access to it. Because coercion was involved, the agreement would not be valid. The Public Prosecution Service confirms Kremers’ report opposite the AD.

Peter Gillis is involved in even more lawsuits. Justice suspects Gillis, among other things, of biting Kremers in the back and nose. She has reported more than ten assaults by the entrepreneur, including rape and threats.
