Nicol Kremers amazes with her performance in the infamous program RoddelPraat. According to reporter Jordi Versteegden of De Telegraaf, this is not convenient. “Very remarkable.”
She is sparing with appearances in the media, but last Wednesday she was in the latest episode of the infamous program RoddelPraat: Nicol Kremers. Among other things, she lashed out at John de Mol and responded to the alleged abuse by her ex Peter Gillis, one of the stars of Talpa.
Shut up
Still, according to Jordi Versteegden, showbiz reporter for De Telegraaf, you can ask yourself whether this is useful. “I do find it remarkable, though, that she gives an interview with RoddelPraat by Jan Roos and Dennis Schouten. Is it wise to sit there, I wondered,” he says in the podcast Strictly Private.
Colleague Jan Uriot: “I don’t think it’s very useful, because she has filed a lawsuit against Peter. I think it’s better if you keep your mouth shut and wait and see how things go. Anything can and will be used against you. Peter’s lawyers will say, ‘What is she saying?! Oh, then we can take it back!’”
Back of tongue
It is true that Nicol did not show the back of her tongue, Jordi notices. “I have the idea when I watch the broadcast that it has been cut. So that Nicol’s lawyer did indeed look at: what should be included and what should be removed? It will be a strategic choice too, I think.”
He continues: “I also sent her lawyer Sébas Diekstra a message saying: ‘Is this really a good idea?’ And then he replies with: ‘I’m on vacation. Should I pass it on to Nicol’s manager?’ Then I think: yes, but I think I asked you something, because I am also legally curious whether this is smart.”
Then jokingly: “Maybe she should have sat down at Op1.”
