The woman, known only as AR, accuses Carter of three incidents from 2003. AR was 15 at the time, Carter 23. AR claims to have contracted the papilloma virus from the Backstreet Boys star, which was transmitted through sex.
AR has allegedly been a family acquaintance of Carter’s. According to him, the first attack took place on the family yacht, the second on a bus and the third on a yacht, where Carter had allegedly also invited three men to watch the events. AR demands 15,000 dollars for damages, i.e. 13,800 euros.

Carter is currently facing three different charges of sexual harassment.
Dream band Melissa Schuman claims Carter drugged and raped her in 2002, when Schuman was 18. A third woman also accuses Carter of raping her on a tour bus in 2001, when the victim was 17 years old. She also claims to have contracted the papilloma virus from Carter.
Nick Carter has denied all charges. The Backstreet Boys are remembered, among other things, for their hits We’ve Got It Goin’ On, I’ll Never Break Your Heart and Everybody.
