Nick Bril maintains his score of 18.5/20 for The Jane: “In difficult times you have to get the very best out of yourself”

Since October 5, top restaurant The Jane is no longer at home in the Groen Kwartier, but on the Eilandje in Antwerp. And just as the fatal accident with assistant chef Joe Claridge could not affect the restaurant’s top score, neither does the move to a new location: Nick Bril retains his score of 18.5/20. “I actually expected a slight decline,” Bril responds. “But that does not detract from my motivation to strive for the very best.”
