National ice hockey player Tim Stützle suffered the eleventh defeat in the 17th game of the season with the Ottawa Senators in the North American professional league NHL.
The team from Canada’s capital lost 5-1 to the New Jersey Devils on Saturday night. The 20-year-old Stützle remained without a scorer point, which had only happened to him once in the previous seven games.
For Ottawa, who missed the playoffs five times in a row, it was the ninth defeat in the last eleven games. 13 points mean the worst tally in the Eastern Conference, tied with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
