NH Nieuws wants to be anchored in the local society, because news revolves around people. We have an eye for both the big and the small things. We see not only the problems, but also solutions. To strengthen our editorial team, we are looking for a Reporter/Editor Noordkop & Texel (36 hours).
As a reporter/editor Noordkop you can think up a story from head to tail, set it up and publish it on our various channels. You are creative and critical of authorities.
An inspired storyteller without an office mentality. You work when you need to. You are curious and know how to build a network. You can easily translate news and developments to a human scale. You are perfectly capable of working with (moving) images and text.
Networking
In addition to being proactive, you are also able to work well together. You contribute relevant follow-ups to current events and you regularly suggest a background or research story.
As a reporter/editor Noordkop, we expect you to be involved with stories from the Noordkop region on a daily basis.
What do we ask of you?
- You have at least 3 years of relevant journalistic experience;
- Knowledge and bond with the Noordkop region is an advantage;
- You know NH’s news vision and disseminate it;
- You are creative, original and resourceful, you think in solutions and you have good
communication skills; - You are proactive, original and result-oriented. You can work independently;
- You have experience as a camjo, affinity with mojo;
- You have knowledge of and vision on (online) journalism
What do we offer?
We offer you a varied and challenging position in a creative and professional environment and a salary that is classified in salary class G according to the broadcasting collective agreement, 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus. You will be graded on the basis of experience, education and age. We initially offer an employment contract for a period of one year.
