Odell Beckham Jr. continues to search for a new NFL team. According to one expert, the free agent already has a clear idea of where he wants to play from now on.
ESPN reporter Jeff Darlington linked Beckham to one of the two Big Apple franchises on Thursday. “We should still consider Odell Beckham Jr. as an option for the New York Jets. In fact, we can even go a step further and say that both sides would like to see that.”
According to the journalist, the two parties still have a few hurdles to overcome before they can sign the contract, but they would find a way to get together in the near future.
“Financials are still in the way of actually closing this thing, but I still think Odell Beckham Jr. will end up with the Jets,” Darlington said.
On Wednesday, NFL insider Connor Hughes reported that the Jets were very interested in signing Beckham.

The New York Jets are also currently working flat out to iron Aaron Rodgers away from the Green Bay Packers. The quarterback is reportedly on good terms with Odell Beckham Jr. and dreams of working together.
The Jets just lost a wide receiver to the Cleveland Browns in Elijah Moore. This would create enough space in the squad for OBJ. In addition, his signing would send a clear signal to Rodgers and other top players in the NFL.
Beckham, meanwhile, doesn’t seem to mind moving to city rivals the New York Giants, who picked him in the first round of the 2014 NFL draft.
With the G-Men, the 30-year-old rose to become one of the league’s most renowned pass recipients. After stints with the Cleveland Browns and the Los Angeles Rams, his path could now lead him back to New York.
