NFL Bang? Tom Brady traded to the San Francisco 49ers

Tom Brady has officially ended his hugely successful NFL career. Nevertheless, there is always speculation about a possible comeback of the quarterback legend. This time in focus: The San Francisco 49ers.

Is Tom Brady resigning from retiring again in the NFL?

The seven-time Super Bowl champion returned last year to complete another season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Last February, the 45-year-old then announced the end of his career.

“I’ll get straight to the point. I’m stepping down, forever,” Tom Brady announced on social media. But people around the NFL are puzzled about how concrete this “forever” really is.

As revealed by NBC’s Matt Maiocco on 49ers Talk, an anonymous NFL insider told him that it would be “absolutely crazy” if the San Francisco 49ers didn’t reach out to Tom Brady.

Jimmy Garoppolo is expected to leave the California team as a free agent. With Trey Lance and Brock Purdy, the 49ers still have two highly talented quarterbacks in their own ranks.

Lance comes back from a serious ankle injury. Purdy suffered a serious elbow injury in the past NFL playoffs and is to be operated on soon.

NFL: Tom Brady responds to speculation

Spicy: Tom Brady was born in San Mateo not far from San Francisco. In the Bay Area, the quarterback icon also went to high school.

It is completely uncertain whether Tom Brady will actually return to the NFL again. After speculation about a potential sensational comeback, TB12 countered humorously.

“Anyone who thinks I have time to come back to the NFL has never adopted a two-month-old kitten for their daughter,” the former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star wrote on social media.
