League leader Bayern Munich will have to do without striker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting in the Bundesliga game at SC Freiburg on Saturday (3:30 p.m. / Sky).
The 33-year-old has tested positive for the corona virus and is therefore out for the time being. As Bayern announced on Thursday, Choupo-Moting is in domestic isolation and is fine.
Choupo-Moting secured a ticket to the World Cup in Qatar with Cameroon’s national team on Tuesday with a 2-1 win in Algeria. In the current Bundesliga season, the veteran has scored four goals in 15 games.
