National ice hockey player Moritz Seider suffered his second clear defeat within 24 hours with the Detroit Red Wings in the North American elite league NHL.
After the 4-0 loss at the New York Rangers on Saturday, the Red Wings lost 6-1 in Sunday’s home game against the top Florida Panthers.
Detroit is already out of the playoff race and will miss the knockout stages for the sixth year in a row. The traditional team had previously made the play-offs from 1991 to 2015. Florida, as the best team in the Eastern Conference, has already secured its playoff ticket.
