★★★ A delivery man is mistaken for a hitman known only as “the man from Toronto.” Because that’s the way things are in this story, fake fixer and real fixer will be an uneven couple and along the way they will learn to have some mutual empathy. With overtones of black comedy, this action comedy benefits from the fact that the members of the leading couple (Kevin Hart) are comedians by profession and that the other (the great Woody Harrelson, always adds) also knows how to do comedy. The result is uneven because clichés abound even if they are treated with irony and parody. The problem is the script, which the performers manage to handle despite various weaknesses. Like all contemporary action cinema, it is made with solvency and that is why it is not boring. Nothing exceptional, but not negligible either.
