★★★★ The prequel (or one of them) of Game of Thrones tells the succession drama of the Targaryens almost two centuries before Daenerys and everything we already know. The king cannot have sons and the Iron Throne (because they are ruling all of Westeros) can fall to his brother (bloody) or his daughter (a woman never had the throne). There are dragons, there is a bit of everything in the first episode and that’s fine: what is most there is a stylistic and formal integration into the universe of the original series that allows us to harbor the greatest hopes. The fans wanted that: that the return to that world did not lead to a low-calorie copy. And non-fans can find a “cut” drama with fantasy elements and the gameofthronist share of bare skin and blood jumping that, too, is a trademark. We will see how it goes, although with less fear.
