What real estate services do you provide to the public?
We started in the city of Miami, Florida at the beginning of the year 2000.- Moment of a boom in pre-construction projects, which went on the market directly to the water at USD 1000/m2 – USD 111/ft2 (Sq. Ft).
Our sales area was Brickell, Brickell Key (The island on 8th Street and Brickell Avenue) and the South Point area (South Miami Beach) and other areas such as Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Kendall, up to Sunny Islands and Adventure.
At the beginning we worked on second homes, rental homes or also for vacations or having a pied a terre (homes that are used with some frequency without being permanent).
After developing in Miami, we started in the Uruguayan market, in Punta del Este, and continued with second homes. For more than 10 years we have positioned ourselves in Buenos Aires with used properties, in wells and developments.
We live constant challenges looking for market niches in our three points of greatest influence: Miami – Punta del Este – Buenos Aires, marketing real estate developments due to their unique location, their great demands with their high rents and excellent ratios: Price-Quality.
