★★★1/2 Travelers of time and space have returned, between the 20th and 18th centuries, between love and epic, between comedy and the crudest tragedy. And the romantic fantasy already definitively transferred to the yet to be born United States does not have the perfume of novelty but it still sets the screen on fire as the best -perhaps only- successful historical romance novel adaptation that gave the platform boom.
