Monica, what is your experience as a professional working in various areas?
I started as a teacher at the Faculty of Psychology of El Salvador, I was terrified of teaching, until I learned Oratory in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). I currently run a School of Leadership.
I worked as a psychologist at Clínica Monte Grande, doing everything. Individual attention, families, groups, even the organizational area, training vendors. For more than 20 years I have been accompanying the Clínica Monte Grande Group as an external consultant with some 1,400 collaborators and Farmacias Punto de Salud. We are currently working on its Strategic Plan with agile methodologies and quality management.
My activity took a turn in 2001, when I formed the Consultant and School of Leadership. I gained extensive experience providing training in companies of different activities, such as Telefónica, Movistar, Bridgestone Business School and CableVisión. In turn, I specialized in Leadership and Team Management.
One of the challenging projects was writing the book NLP-Tools for the educational field, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Province. It is a practical book, applicable also for life.
Another incredible experience was giving my Leadership School to students from first to sixth year of secondary school at Grilli Canning School in the subject “Thinking Skills”.
What training do you do at the School of Leadership?
From the School of Leadership I train leaders. Leadership has to do with power, with achieving goals, with designing who I want to be in this life, how I want to live and what I aspire to.
What services do you provide to the public?
A powerful tool is the synergy between the Consultant where we work on process improvement and from the Leadership School where we train their leaders.
Clínica Monte Grande, Canning Health Institute, Farmacias Punto de Salud, Laboratorio Scaglia, among other companies, train their staff at our Leadership School and at Ciudad Moto we train In Company.
We are endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the Professional Ontological Leader Coach course in the highest degree of excellence ACTP.
We also have other careers such as NLP Leader Coach and Executive Coach Leader.
Also, we have developed the Virtual School with asynchronous courses at www.monicadreyer.com.ar.
Anyone who wants to develop life skills attends our School of Leadership. I learned piano when I grew up, challenging my limiting beliefs thanks to these tools.
What are your challenges for the future?
I feel that I have achieved the goals that I dreamed of in my life. Perhaps with this experience, to be able to make a difference in this world.
