Melani Fernández, how were the beginnings of MF Real Estate Consultants?
In 2019, I came across the real estate industry and fell in love. As I informed myself, I discovered that certain details were not taken into account. It takes much more than just selling, you must know the customer, form a relationship. Understand the Why? And what for? of a real estate operation, is the formula to be able to start a relational base.
Then came the pandemic, where we became stronger by innovating with our work methodology and forming commercial alliances.
I understood that the way to make a difference is by working as a team, focusing on an area to be able to specialize, obtaining solutions to the different problems that may arise, that is why we dedicated ourselves to the San Vicente / Canning corridor.
I was forming my team with people who stand out for various qualities, eager to grow and progress. We keep ourselves in constant training, because the market is not static and we have to always be updated.
What difference do they make compared to other real estate agencies?
Personal relationships in our work is the fundamental pillar and we prioritize that.
Our objective is that the client has no worries, that he finds out about the problem at the same time as the solution, since we are a team that gives everything of us to be able to offer a different service, where the purpose is that the client feels confident and comfortable.
By dedicating ourselves to the specific area of the San Vicente / Canning corridor, we are always informed of new projects and opportunities for our clients.
What objectives and project do you have as Real Estate Consultants?
We have a lot of issues going on. Less than six months ago we opened MF Novedaddora, an incredible construction company with a group of architects who seek to fulfill dreams of owning a home with financing plans. With the market studies we carried out, we were able to analyze that traditionally built houses for open neighborhoods were missing, so we got down to work to form the Developer.
While I was training my team and talking to people in the field, the lack of training content became evident and I started with the creation of a “successful advisor”, where there is a lot of material to train and make a difference in the real estate sector. There is little left for the launch of the same, and that the advisors can be trained.
