Lic, what is the community you created for Psychologists about?
At the end of my studies with a degree in Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires, I began my training as a Professor there. Being a teacher is something that I have carried with me since I was very little. My first job as a Psychologist was in the classrooms of the University as a teacher of “Adult Clinic” and without planning it I was taking my first steps there to accompany Psychologists in their professional practice.
The community that I created for Psychologists is currently one of my greatest enjoyments. It is a space to share, in theory and in practice, with other professionals. Its purpose is to accompany Psychologists who want to live and enjoy their profession, doing so with commitment, integrity and in a responsible manner. Various services are provided so that psychologists can delve into the different aspects of their career.
Currently, this community works, mostly, digitally and can be found as an anchor point in different social networks. Today it has more than 20,000 Psychologist users.
What services do you provide to the public?
We could organize the services provided to the public in two ways: training for Psychologists and patient assistance.
Regarding the training for Psychologists, there are currently more than eight group professional training courses and in addition to these, personalized counseling created for each particular Psychologist.
Each of these programs has different objectives, such as training in clinical care, or acquiring tools to create professional courses or workshops. In addition, training is provided on the use of digital Marketing and the management of social networks so that professionals can achieve visibility in the world, promote self-management of employment and their development as an independent professional.
As far as patient care is concerned, I specialize in Adult Clinic. My years as a dancer and my passion for ballet led me to train as an expressive movement Coordinator and in Dance Therapy, areas that I practice from research.
Did you receive distinctions or recognitions for your training?
In 2012 when I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, the University of Buenos Aires awarded me an Honors Diploma due to my grades and academic performance.
What are the challenges you face in the coming years?
One of the objectives is to continue growing as a team and to be able to expand the services we provide.
On the other hand, the objectives are to expand training for psychologists in person in different parts of the world.
