The owners of the Rocky Garden Restaurant & Bar are carrying out the construction of the Coihues Condominium, a development of ten highly designed homes, built in exposed concrete with individual gardens and pools.

For some time this area, located twenty minutes from the City of Buenos Aires, has been booming both in terms of real estate developments for homes and offices, including an outstanding gastronomic corridor with stores and top-level brands in the field. .

In this case, the owners of one of these gastronomic establishments carry out a project located in a strategic location within the Park, both because of its access and because of its lush afforestation, made up of ten exposed concrete houses in which the emphasis on the generation of modern and flexible spaces through the possibilities offered by the use of this type of material, which together with enormous glazed surfaces and wood cladding, generate a very pleasant and innovative aesthetic.

“For some time now, Parque Leloir has been developing large apartment complexes with amenities, with common recreation areas and swimming pools for use by the entire complex. Coihues is a development under the concept of a closed area, but with houses, where each one has its own park and pool and also do not share walls with each other”, emphasizes Gabriel Paris, owner of Gabriel Paris Real Estate Advisors, Development marketer.

“The Development aims at those families that currently live in apartments located in more urban areas and are looking to permanently abandon the elevators and corridors, to move to a house with a park and a pool without giving up security. I believe that Coihues provides an adequate response to this need, practically at the same values ​​that departments with equivalent footage currently have”, he summarizes.

“The condominium has an access gate and security by closed circuit cameras. The units are developed on lots between 320 and 366 m2 and have a garage for three vehicles, a barbecue area, a grill and a designer concrete pool, as well as an exterior toilet. On the ground floor they have a large living-dining room surrounded by openings from floor to ceiling with views of the green, with an integrated kitchen, toilet and laundry room. On the upper floor you can see two rooms with a shared bathroom, plus a suite with a large dressing room and bathroom”, he concludes.

The work is in full execution and it is expected that the development will be completely finished in the month of November 2023. Units can be purchased financed in pesos adjustable by the CAC index.
