How were your beginnings as a professional?

I always liked helping, accompanying, looking for the positive side, teaching, knowing how to value the best in each person and exploring that part more, since that is where their talents reside.
I carry out different businesses, from finance, consulting for companies and beauty salons and academies of which I am President at Ngp Salones y Academies.

My coaching story begins five years ago when I trained as a Trainer of Trainers, a program for trainers and leaders in general. It was basically about Coaching and NLP tools with an important pedagogical content, since one of the teachers has a degree in Educational Sciences. I signed up at that time to continue professionalizing what I have been doing since I was 20 years old: training and stage shows for stylists, barbers and professionals in the beauty sector from all over the country and also from abroad. Apart from having beauty salons since I was 22 years old, I am continuously managing work groups of different commercial, artistic and educational projects.

How did the venture come about?

It arises from the needs that I observe in leaders, businesswomen and entrepreneurs, a lifestyle that I have led all my life. I have trained and advised thousands of people on image. It is an area that helps you to perfect understanding in a deeper way, and I have always been passionate about it and I have stood out for this quality: knowing how to listen, with all that that implies. With Coaching I was able to understand and perfect it. I continue to learn the other foundational tool with great energy every day: knowing how to ask.

What is the methodology that you carry out?

The tools that I develop as pillars are:

Continuously seeking to identify the most real and specific objectives and purposes at this time. Success is linked to the consecration of certain objectives. Which ones are yours? How do you measure your success? Pleasure is closely related to personal and/or group success. That is why today the most innovative organizations are more receptive, with a tendency to horizontality, they encourage 360º feedback, they establish better bonds between the members of the company, the collaborators, the external teams, the suppliers, with the system in general and especially with its clients.

What is the Business Coaching you develop about?

BNDTTO Coaching was founded a year ago. We are dedicated to Business Coaching, preferably in the “In Company” modality, with periodic visits to the company. We also develop it remotely with virtual meetings and the possibility of occasional visits. We have grown at a good pace based on commitment and results. Always with sincerity and a positive attitude as non-negotiable pillars.

In Coaching we believe that whoever designs or already has the solution is the client himself. To agree, I tell you that to develop successfully at the workplace, we must bear in mind that there are two large groups of skills that we must learn throughout our working lives: hard and soft skills.

The Organizational Coach is a trainer of soft skills, such as communication, planning, leadership, time management, commitment, etc.

On the other hand, hard skills are techniques, the knowledge with which each person works, for example: selling, repairing, managing, managing, teaching, singing, programming. And to be a complete worker, you have to continuously develop both.

The coaching approach is always from the present to the future. The premise is: What do you want to achieve with the tools you already have and the ones you can incorporate? We are the makers of our destiny and coaching teaches you to design it, to give your own decision to everything that happens to you, leaving aside unfounded judgments and beliefs that are not even your own, being in different circumstances beliefs of our family, our neighborhood or our social class, such as: “in this country you can’t start a business”.

The coach detects limiting beliefs, inconsistent attitudes, insecurities, demotivation, etc. And through conversations, you benefit from self-knowledge, learning, empathy, task delegation, leadership, teamwork and much more.

We have a team of expert professionals in the different sectors of an organization to accompany from all knowledge; from systems engineers to lawyers. Our accompaniment also means enjoying the advantages of our contact list to reach more effective and faster resolutions. We are convinced that the solutions are there, much closer than one thinks; and what is decisive turns out to be the positive attitude of “search knowing that we are going to find”. The key is to feel a deep conviction that what we long for is going to happen, added to loosening expectations, feeling that one is full now, being aware that the moment of fullness is today.

Our values ​​are based on: the strengthening and development of the work environment, teamwork, fluid and assertive communication, and the realization of personal and group objectives.

Do you offer workshops for the public?

We dictate workshops open to all people of all adult stages. The first workshop of the year is “Effective Communication”. We are currently in the era of communication, everything is marketing, everything is negotiation and linking. From that base we approach public speaking, marketing and personal development.
