News | Facundo Monasterio: Real estate developer

Facundo, what real estate projects are you currently working on?

I am currently carrying out two projects in what is “Private Neighborhoods” and during this year I am going to undertake two “Open Neighborhoods”. In what is private neighborhoods “La Victoria Country Club” located in Madariaga-Pinamar, which has 200 lots from 700 to 1100 meters (with swimming pool, events room, gym and massage room) and the other called “Santa Paula Barrio Privado”, located in Ezeiza, where it has 100 lots of 600 meters, a multifamily with 20 apartments, from one to three rooms with an independent pool and amenities (sum, swimming pool, soccer field, playground for boys and a state-of-the-art gym). Both developments have extensive financing, which makes it more attractive when buying.

What are the differences between Open Neighborhoods and Private Neighborhoods?

In the two Barrios Abiertos projects, the difference with Barrios Privados is that they do not have security, nor do they have amenities or all of the services, it is aimed at workers with few resources, which long-term self-financing gives access to the purchase with a greater possibility of having their own home.

What analysis do you carry out for the coming years in relation to the item?

Regarding the perspective that I see as a Real Estate Developer in the coming years, it is that all ventures that have their own financing and in relatively strategic locations are going to be the future of the real estate activity. Being also that in my opinion, in the current security situation with which we live, the figure of private neighborhood is going to be the trend towards the future of Argentina.
