This project arises from the hand of Claudio Guz (graduated in Systems) and Gabriela Tripetujen (graduated in psychopedagogy) as a family unit we always form independently but with a common goal. In Emotion in Game we believe that learning is the fundamental process that enables change and growth of people and organizations. Going through obstacles and solving problem situations, they acquire new tools and skills that provide them with the skills to face new challenges. We understand learning as a process that develops dialectically, with marches and countermarches, whose purpose is to appropriate reality to transform it and transform itself. We integrate resources from various sources of knowledge such as educational psychology, social psychology, systemic thinking, the gestalt approach, coaching, consulting and organizational psychology. We work in an experiential way, because we know that learning must be an experience that integrates emotions, thought and the body, to develop efficient behaviors that allow us to achieve the proposed goals.

We believe in the potential that people have to generate self-regulation mechanisms. We facilitate the encounter with the obstacle in a containment environment and accompany the search for new paradigms. We believe that learning is the fundamental process that enables change and growth in people and organizations.
